These terms govern your use of Spinex (tryspinex.com), a service that turns product photos into rotating product videos. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them.
Our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and credits
- Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- Each plan adds credits every month. One credit is one second of finished video: a 6 s spin uses 6 credits and a 10 s spin uses 10.
- Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance. Top-up credits don't expire.
- Each finished video includes one free redo using the same photos.
- If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned automatically.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your content
You must own or have the rights to every photo you upload. You keep ownership of your uploads and generated videos and may use the videos commercially. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don't upload illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or images of people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
AI output
Videos are generated by AI models and may contain imperfections. Review each video before publishing it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
