This policy explains what Spinex collects and why. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and login provider.
- Content: the photos you upload and the videos we generate for you.
- Billing: handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
- Diagnostics: error reports (via Sentry) to keep the service working.
How we use it
To run your account, generate your videos, process payments and support you. We don't sell your data and we don't use your uploads to train AI models.
Processors
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
- fal.ai (AI video generation; your photo is sent to it for processing)
- Paddle (payments and tax)
- Vercel (hosting) and Sentry (error monitoring)
Retention and deletion
Your photos and videos stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Email us to delete your account and all associated data.
